Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life but it wasn’t until 2013 that I realised that pivotal moment in my life that I understood just how much of a positive impact it had not only on my life but the lives of others.
As a teenager I adopted very unhealthy habits and embraced the stereotypes of under eating and exercising to achieve a certain “look” in order to please others and achieve my ‘goal’ of being a fashion model. I realised after roughly 5 years of being in the industry that I was not happy and ditched the modelling scene for good. That is when I decided to help others on their journey to creating a healthier and sustainable lifestyle.
I have been there. I have been where you are. I have had those feelings of uncertainty and been lost when it came to starting my fitness journey and learned the hard way.
I have under-eaten and been excessively underweight without knowing the damage I was doing – at that time I didn’t have the knowledge and understanding within training and nutrition that I now possess.
I did not have a coach or someone guiding me through to ensure I was taking the correct steps. Ultimately, I was going in blind.
Fast forward to present day and I have helped hundreds of clients learn the fundamentals of training and nutrition without sifting through books and magazines to add to the confusion.
I have been a competitive bodybuilder for the past seven and a half years; competing 13 times and becoming Women’s physique Overall Champion in 2021 and winning the Overall title in 2022 in the UK and at the Finland Pro Qualifier in 2022. I continue to pursue my dream of turning pro whilst working alongside 100’s of clients from different walks of life: both athletes and lifestyle clients; helping them achieve their dream physique and moreover feel content and happy with themselves!
